Most importantly — I help her move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose, so she finds the right fit academically, athletically, and personally.
- 02They look at skills and stats. But what separates athletes is lacrosse IQ, GRIT, competitiveness, consistency, and coachability. They’re recruiting who you are as a player and a teammate, not just your highlight reel.

- 06The process starts way before September 1 recruiting contact date NCAA Division I. September 1 is when coaches can officially reach out, but the athletes who are prepared, organized, and communicating early are the ones who get those calls.
